Welcome to Polak-HR.
I'm Kinga, the Founder (MD) and HR Director of Polak-HR. I was born in Poland; however, I spent the majority of my working life in the UK, working in sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, non-profits, finance, and housing. Being born in Poland and having worked in the UK with people from diverse backgrounds has made me culturally aware and able to understand different perspectives, allowing me to work effectively with a wide range of people.
I've always been passionate about human resources management as both a profession and a chosen career path. Over the years, I've focused on my continuous professional development and have achieved many qualifications. Most recently, I am proud to have obtained a Master's Degree with distinction in Applied Human Resource Management. My other qualifications include a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, a CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management, and Senior People Professional Apprenticeship Level 7. Additionally, I am a Chartered CIPD Member.
I have over 10 years of experience in the profession as both a generalist and an employee relations specialist. Throughout my career in the UK, I have held roles as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and Employee Relations Specialist.

My strengths include problem-solving, creative thinking, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, the capacity to understand issues from different perspectives, and the determination and persistence to work until the right solution is found.
